A gathering of Pitbull Conference attendees & sponsors, kicking off what will be a great event! Please plan to join us for some music, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.
Monday Morning Booth Set Up & Check In
Monday, June 25 – 6:00am-7:30am
Beverly Hills Ballroom Foyer
Each sponsor is allotted a 10’x10′ space and will be provided a 6’ x 30” black skirted table with 2 chairs.
Before entering ballroom to set-up, all Sponsors must check in to receive their name badges (if not already picked up the evening before) as well as the wristband required for entry and access to catered events. You will not be allowed to pick up anyone else’s badge other than your own. A photo ID will be required.
If you have ordered any AV services from Encore, please arrive at 6am to ensure you have plenty of time for set up.
Monday Evening Booth Breakdown
Please do not begin breaking down your booth until the second Forum discussion has ended and Mr. Rosen has officially concluded the event, which should be at approximately 6 pm.
If you would like to make an appearance at the After Party before breaking down your booth, please note that the ballrooms will be open until 11 pm.
Shipping Packages To & From the Hotel
Shipments to and from The Beverly Hilton are handled by The Encore Business Center. There are handling charges for both incoming and outgoing shipments. It is required that the attached EXHIBITOR SHIPPING FORM is completed and returned to the Encore contact listed below. Pricing and detailed instructions are also included in this document.

Booth Numbers & Assignments
When shipping packages or ordering AV rentals, you do not need to provide a booth #. Booth assignments are finalized at the venue before Sponsors arrive for set up. We will inform the hotel of your booth location and they will accommodate accordingly.
Audio Visual, Electrical & Payment Authorization Form
If you require assistance with any audio visuals such as monitors or internet connection, arrangements must be made in advance by submitting the Exhibit Order Form.

If you require access to electrical for your booth, please fill out the Exhibitor Electrical Form along with the Payment Authorization Form. To guarantee service, forms must be submitted by June 14th (10 days prior to event).
The Beverly Hilton’s full service business center is open Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm.
For all other hours and weekends, there is a self-help business center located by the front office where you can access email, print, etc.

A photo is required of all Guests. It will be used to identify you the day of the event for faster check-in, and uploaded to your networking app profile if needed.

We do not provide Guests’ data.
Any exchange of contact information is entirely voluntary on the part of our Guests. However, our custom networking app will help facilitate your outreach before, during and after the conference.
Access to the app will become available approximately one month before the event.
